当前健康需求已成为人们增长最快的需求,公共图书馆作为社会公共文化设施,应该将健康服务融入其发展政策,利用自身的特色,通过跨机构的合作,开展倡导健康理念、引导健康行为、促进健康生活方式、提供权威健康信息、提升健康素养的健康促进和健康服务活动。近年来国际上出现了一些新的动态,显示科学界以及图书馆界对公共图书馆开展健康服务的浓厚兴趣,本文跟踪英美学界的发展动态,选取几大学术机构的典型案例作重点分析,发现健康与图书馆正在产生越来越多的关联,公众认可公共图书馆健康服务的价值,健康服务是他们最愿意接受的图书馆服务之一。在此基础上,从国家、社会、用户以及公共图书馆自身发展的角度分析公共图书馆健康服务的必要性,从理论和实践两方面分析公共图书馆健康服务的合理性。建议:大健康时代我国的社会发展决定了公共图书馆应回应公众的需求,在为社会公众服务的过程中体现公共图书馆的社会价值；健康服务将开启公共图书馆服务的新领域,公共图书馆应积极参与国家健康发展战略计划,将健康服务纳入公共图书馆的服务计划中,发挥自身优势,克服现有的劣势,抓住发展机遇,迎接新时代的挑战。图2。参考文献15。

The current health demand has become the fastest growing demand of the public. As a social public cultural facility, public libraries should integrate health into their development policies, use their own characteristics to conduct health promotion and health service activities in order to provide authoritative health information and promote health concepts,healthy behavior,healthy lifestyles and health literacy through cross institutional cooperation. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the development of health services for public libraries at home and abroad, and to investigate the necessity and feasibility of health services in China's public libraries, with a view to promoting the development of new fields for health services in public libraries in China.
In recent years, there have been some new developments in the world, showing that the scientific community and the library community have a strong interest in the health services of public libraries. By studying the development of the British and American academic circles, this paper analyzed with several academic institutions or groups such as the Society of Chief Librarians, OCLC and Institute of Museum and Library Services,American Association for the Advancement of Science and Arts Council England as typical cases, found that health and libraries are increasingly connected, and the public recognize the value of public library health services. Health services are one of the library services they are most willing to accept.
This paper uses typical case analysis, development dynamic analysis and SWOT analysis methods to study the trends of health services in public libraries, and to analyze the necessity, rationality, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of public library health services.
Public libraries have begun to implement health services in the world. Public libraries can determine health services as their basic services and through health services can support the public's health needs to ensure that the communities they serve have better public health, and thus to have a positive impact on socio economic development. The era of great health in China's social development determines that public libraries need to respond to the needs of the public, and reflect the value of public libraries to society in the process of serving the society. Health services will open new areas of public library services, and public libraries should actively participate in the national health development strategy plan, incorporate health services into the service plan of the public library, give full play to its own advantages, overcome existing disadvantages, seize development opportunities, and meet the challenges of the new era.
Health services are new explorations in public library services in recent years. This article only uses observations and analysis of several typical cases in the Anglo American academic circles, and lacks analysis of more extensive practical data.
The research results of this paper can provide reference and thinking for public libraries to open up new service areas in order to meet their urgent public needs in the new era and to promote their own development in the new services.
This paper uses the first hand research materials to analyze the practice development of health services for public libraries inside and outside the library academic circles. From the perspective of the state, society, users and libraries themselves, the necessity of health services in public libraries in the process of Healthy China construction is analyzed. From both theoretical and practical aspects, the rationality of public libraries in health services is analyzed. The SWOT analysis model is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of public libraries in health services. 2 figs. 15 refs.
