在我国,公共文化是一个新兴研究领域,公共文化研究与图书馆学有天然联系。图书馆学为我国公共文化理论构建和政策制定作出重要贡献。中国图书馆学拓展变革的增长点,是面向国家文化发展战略,适应完善公共文化服务体系需求,由单一图书馆学领域向更广泛的公共文化领域拓展,让成熟的图书馆学基础理论影响辐射更多的公共文化机构,这是适应国家文化发展战略的现实需要,是顺应公共文化服务融合发展的内在要求,是扩大学科理论影响力的有效途径,是“新文科”建设背景下构筑中国特色图书馆学的必由之路。参考文献15。

| In China, research on public culture has been gradually launched since the new century, and it develops rapidly under the construction of public cultural service system. Public culture studies have a natural connection with library science. From the perspective of research object, public library itself is an important public cultural institution and public library service is an important content of public cultural service. From the perspective of content, public cultural service and library service are integrated and inseparable under the guidance of Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law of the People's Republic of Chinaand Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Libraries. From the evolution of modern public libraries in China, the functions of early libraries have been integrated into the comprehensive public educational institutions. Actually, different types of public cultural institutions tend to be inclusive and integratable in their origins. From the general trend of library development in the international scope, space reconstruction, function expansion and service integration are the new trends of libraries in this generation. In China, library science has made important contributions to the theoretical construction and policy formulation of public cultural service, which are mainly manifested in the fruitful achievements of theoretical research and the full participation of think tanks. The trend of pluralistic integration in humanities and social sciences, the requirements of national cultural development strategy and the needs of completing the public cultural service system have set new challenges for libraries in the new era, hence the new growth point of library science in China is to enlarge the research scope, enrich the research object, enhance the research value, and expand from a single library field to a broader public cultural domain. The mature theory of library science can benefit more public cultural institutions; it highlights the Chinese characteristics in the theoretical system of library science and contributes to the construction of Chinese public cultural theory system, policy system, discipline system and discourse system. The cognition of library science under the perspective of public cultural service system helps to cope with the national cultural development strategy, to meet the needs of integration development of public cultural service and build library science with Chinese characteristics under the background of “New Liberal Arts” construction. 15 refs. |
