数字化转型是数字化浪潮下图书馆为保持竞争力而主动识变、求变、应变的战略性变革。数字化生存环境正在生成,无论是社会环境、政策环境还是产业环境,都要求高校图书馆加速实施数字化转型。高校图书馆数字化转型的愿景是成为面向未来的、敏捷的、可持续创新的学术与文化信息服务机构,即面向用户构建多元化、高品质的数字信息服务体系,面向高校构建科学、高效、规范的数字信息解决方案与信息素养教育方案,面向行业构建开放融合、和合共生的数字合作生态。为了实现以上愿景,高校图书馆数字化转型的具体目标包括五个方面:在业务层面满足用户的深层次、数字化需求,借助技术手段提供数字化解决方案,提供高质量的知识服务和智慧服务,深化知识挖掘与数据分析能力,提供互联互通、开放共享的数字平台。以用户为中心、以服务为抓手、以数据为核心、以技术为基础、以人才为根本是支撑高校图书馆开展数字化转型的五大支柱。数字化转型的成效最终体现于服务创新,当前高校图书馆正在资源建设最优化、用户服务个性化、基础业务智能化、服务场景数字化、行业发展合作化五个方向积极开展创新实践,同时也面临着数字化转型战略普遍缺失、缺乏支持可持续创新的组织结构与组织文化、信息系统发展尚未达到成熟阶段、构建跨行业合作新生态困难重重等诸多挑战。图1。参考文献33。

Digital transformation is the strategic transformation of libraries in order to maintain the competitiveness under the digitalized wave. Our life is being digitalized,and the social environment,the policy environment and the industrial environment are changing,which let academic libraries accelerate digital transformation. The vision of the digital transformation of academic libraries is to be future oriented,agile,sustainable innovative academic and cultural service institutions. That is to build a diversified and high quality digital information service system for users,to construct scientific,efficient and standardized digital information solutions and information literacy education programs for university,and to build an open,integrated and symbiotic digital cooperation ecosystem for the library industry.
In order to realize the above vision,the concrete goals of academic library digital transformation include the following five aspects: satisfying users deep and digital needs on the business level,providing digital solutions on the technology level,providing high quality knowledge services and intelligent services,deepening knowledge mining and data analysis capabilities,and providing interoperability,open sharing digital platforms. User centered,service oriented,data cored,technology based and talent rooted are the five pillars supporting the digital transformation of academic libraries.
The effectiveness of digital transformation is ultimately reflected in service innovation. At present,the innovation practice of academic libraries focuses on five directions: optimization of collection resources,personalization of user service,intelligentization of basic business,digitization of service scenario,cooperation in industry development. At the same time,it also faces many challenges,such as the lack of digital transformation strategy,the lack of organizational structure and organizational culture supporting sustainable innovation,the development of information systems having not yet reached a mature stage,and the difficulties in building a new ecosystem of cross industry cooperation. 1 fig. 33 refs.
