进入21世纪,随着从以书为主体向以人为主体的转型,图书馆建筑更突出包容性和可获得性,更强调与社区和公众的联系。本文在回顾过去二十年全球图书馆建设经验的基础上,梳理和探讨新馆设计与建设领域面临的挑战、机遇及未来发展趋势。首先,从图书馆建筑的设计理念、功能布局、技术配置三要素出发,对影响图书馆建筑设计的问题进行深入分析。设计理念的核心是确定人和书在图书馆的位置,功能布局的目标是将新理念和新业态融入实体图书馆之中,而技术配置要解决的是确保技术二十年甚至更长时间不落后。其次,从国际图联公共图书馆年度奖、全球顶级建筑设计师作品和绿色可持续项目三个方面对近年来全球新馆建设的成功案例进行分析,并列举了芬兰赫尔辛基中央图书馆、挪威奥斯陆公共图书馆、荷兰登海尔德市KopGroep图书馆“学校7”、德国柏林洪堡大学图书馆、中国天津滨海图书馆、加拿大卡尔加里中央图书馆、英国考文垂大学兰彻斯特图书馆、新加坡国家图书馆等成功案例。最后,介绍了2022年建成开放的上海图书馆东馆是如何在充分吸取各国新馆建设经验教训的基础上,坚持以人为本为导向,追求观赏和使用的统一,追求阅读与文化活动的平衡,追求现代技术与专业服务的融合,为图书馆建筑的创新发展提供成功经验的。参考文献36。

With the transition of ideas from the book oriented to the people oriented in the new century,the library architecture has become more inclusive and accessible and more emphasis is placed on the community and the public connections. Based on the review of the experience of global library construction in the past 20 years,this paper discusses the challenges,opportunities and future development trends in the field of library design and construction.
The full text is divided into three parts. Firstly,the problems affecting the library architecture design are examined from the perspective of the three elements of architecture design concept,functional layout and technical setting. The author believes that the core of the design concept is to identify the location of people and books in the library,the goal of the functional layout is to integrate new ideas and forms into the physical library,and the technical setting is to ensure that the technology is not lagging behind for 20 years or even longer. Secondly,this paper analyzes the successful cases of global library buildings in recent years from three aspects:IFLA Public Library of the Year Award,the works of the world's top architects and green and sustainable projects. Successful cases include the Helsinki Central Library Oodi,the Oslo Public Library,the School 7 Library in Den Helder,Humboldt University Library in Berlin,the Tianjin Binhai Library,the Calgary Central Library,the Lanchester Library of Coventry University and the National Library Singapore. Thirdly,this paper introduces the building of the Shanghai Library East which will be open to the public in 2022. Based on global experience,the Shanghai Library East adheres to the people oriented idea as the guidance,and pursues the unity of beauty and use,the balance between reading and cultural activities as well as the integration of modern technology and professional services,which provides successful experience for the innovative development of library buildings. 36 refs.
