| Library science and Information technology should be devided into four levels according to different catagoriesof objects,namely:basic theory study,applied theory study,applied technical development and productive practice.The empirical features of traditional library sceince and technology should be recognized,an active part should betaken to discover new problems from experiences and technology,the achievements in knowledge science and think-ing science should be exploited and lastly,the theory of library science should be enriched.1 illus.1 ref. |
