| In August 1921,when the Hunan Self-study University was established by Mao Zedong and others,the Library of the University was established at the same time.Among the 13 chapters and 31 articles of the "Organizational Program of Hunan Self-study University "d rawn by Mao Zedong,there were 5 chapters and 6 articles talking about problems of library construction and how to make use of it.Commendale contributions have been made by the Library to propagating Marxism and the training of cadres of the Party. |
