| In the event of getting rid of the present bottleneck to meet the future great development，we must find the way out through deepening the reform. Being clear about the purpose and the guiding ideology of library reform，we should:further emancipate the mind and renew ideas;readjust the relevant economic policies concerning library development; strengthen the library legislation work and advance towards the path of ruling by law. |
