Abstract:
Library literature have functions of preserving human knowledge,transmitting scientific and technical information,popularizing social education,etc,which can only be brought into play through dissemination and utilization .In order to improve the actual value of the literature, we should:1) emancipate the mind,renew our conceptual thinking and take a hold step to bring forth new ideas; 2) strengthen the library industry; 3) eptimize the collection composition and improve the quality of the collection; 4) achieve gradually resource sharing of informations.9 refs.
