| The transition from a library to an information industry is the road the lihrary must follow in order to seek its own existance and devel opment. The" one library，two industries" pattern rnay be adopted when starting an information industry. It will result ini that the enterprise and the undertaking will coexist and develop simutaneously;they will help each other forward , bring out the best in each other and merge into an organic whole.
