| In developing countries，there are many problems that exist in the process of changing from the traditional manual operation towards the modern automatic one,namely:the organazation and overall arrangement of automation research work,the basic work of library and information departments,qualified personnel and technology,education of users and other environmental conditions required by automation.We should proced from realities and make a thorough investigation and study on them.6 refs.
