Abstract:
Computer network has brought in change in the way of academic interchanges,challenging the taaditional library work with:the transfer of users has influence on the utilization ratio of the library collection;functions of the library are forced to have a change;the fuctions of reference ability of librarians and the intermediate fuctions of informations will gradually strengthened;the traditional division of labor will gradually disappear;the division of labor for libraries and other sectors,such as publication sector will gradually fade away.9 refs.
