| The work of keeping the economic intelligence in secrecy must be done well after China's reentry into the General Agreement of Tariffs and Trade(GATT) to restore its GATT contracting status.The security consciousness must be strengthened and the work of establishing,checking and supervising the security regulations and systems in foreign economic contacts after the restoration must also be strengthened.Besides, a batch of special contigents for conducting a study of the activities of fighting against secret theft is necessary and the word of guarding the information techonology should be strengteened too.1 tab.1 ref. |
