Abstract:
The economic activities developed by libraries are at present badly in need of a library economic policy formulated by the government to give them guidance and have them standardized. The policy should be formulated from reality，and on the basis of the economic law， guide and keep the library within the bounds of giving considerations to both social and economic beneficial results. 2 refs.
