Abstract:
The fact that the term”intglligence" is replaced by the term" information" ends the confused and vague ideas of their theoretical concepts and applications，thus both makes clear about the strict assigned meaning of this subject and makes the subject terms have a unified standardization. This change does not mean to deny the intelligence science's achievements of several decades，but to make it head for a new constructive progress with a brand-new and scientific attitude.
