Abstract:
Library personnel must learn the methods of operation and the means of management of library modernization. The continuing education for library personnel should adapt itself to the actual needs of the receivers of the education and，besides the general forms for adult education,should adopt more flexible and varied forms for running a school. Also, guarantee should be offered in respects of law expenditure，teachers，etc.
