| While adapting themselves to the development of market economy to serve the policy-making and leading organs of agriculture at different levels,and while providing services for agricultureal scientific reseach and education and agricultural production,libraries have gained good beneficial results from these services and thus accumulated a wealth of experiences.The constuction of agricultural information systems must be strengthened to combine library services with the information exchanges and business activities of the network of associations for grassroots agricaltural services and peasant professional technology.The construction of agricultural libraries must be strengthened to enhance stamina for serving agriculture.9 refs. |
