| Abstract: |
| It is not advisable while evaluating the situation of the Chinese library to consider only the reduction of the funding and amount of book purchase but the vigorous input of the state and local governments should also be included in.Under the mechanism of marker economy,the nature and function of the library may be perfected continuously along with the social development,yet its nature for public welfare and its educational function should not be weakened.It is a road to ruin for the library entering market economy.The practices of "one library,two indusries"and "one library,two systems"are of no value to popularize generally. |
