| The work of making an appraisal of public libraries should be taken as a permanent and long term task to which special attention should persistively be paid. Therefore, it is not a work to be done once at a interval of sereral years.The appraisal index series should be constantly perfected to form it into a system that will be taken as a criterion to measure the library work. |
