| There are problems existed in the Chinese information resources : deficiency of development and use, dim consciousness of information of the whole people，etc. The progress of electronic technologies should be taken as a backing of promoting rapid advances of information industry. The information reference services should he infiltrated into the traditional industries to make a structural change of them.
