Abstract:
Compared vrith libraries of developed countries,the librarianship of developing countries still has a long way to go. We should with great effort manage to:make the professional work transit from manual operation to mechanization;put into practice the standardized administration and drawing close to the international standards;train a group of new type，high-quality personnel;draw up library laws in order to ensure the establishment of librarianship.
