| The basic reason for the sharp fall of library readers is actually not the inadquecy of demands but these rvices of low quality and high cost.Only by setting up an encouraging mechanism of virtuous circle and strengthening the basic services can the quality of services and beneficial results be improved and readers will surely return to the library.3 refs. |
