| Abstract: |
| The advanced technologies bring with them socialization and being of long distance to the information services and enlarge the width and depth of the library s social services.Yet the old system of library administration and library operating mechanism in China at present limits seriously the application and development of new technologies.To solve this fundamental contradiction,the first is to make relevant laws as governmental behaviour,the other is to build a mechanism of mutual social benefits, the third is to strengthen the horizontal network management and administration. |
