| Abstract: |
| Internet is a base for fast information networks.Information organisation management of fast information networks includes primary organisation management such as free-text,hypertext,HomePage,etc. -and secondary organisation management such as search engine,menu,etc.Information services of fast information networks include virtual libraries for enterprises,electronic libraries,information development for users,etc.The authors think that we should put emphasis on international cooperation,user training and standardisation.6 refs.
