| Compared with traditional printed journals,electronic journals have their advantages and disadvantages.In the drafting of collection policies,libraries and information services should use the principles for the collection of traditional journals and add some items specific to electronic journals,according to the general principle “Providing readers with most convenient and useful journals”. 3 refs. |
