Abstract:
There is a great need for a national information policy in an environment of high-speed information networks. The objective of the national information policy oriented to high-speed information networks is to coordinate social activities of all relevant people and organisations on networks, thus maximising economic efficiency. It is a system of objectives, including general ones and part ones. The national information policy includes network construction and development policies, network information resources policies,industrial policies, market policies, etc.
