| In the last 20 30 years, there appeared two kinds of library evaluation theories in Western countries, among which one thinks that effects of libraries are invisible and immeasurable, while another thinks that it is possible to use quantitative evaluation tools.In this paper, the author analyses theories of R.H.Orr, F.W.Lancaster and M.K.Buckland,M.B.Line, and the model of SERVQUAL. 1 fig.10 refs. |
