Abstract:
At present, there are some problems concerning staff members in public libraries, such as low academic degrees, low professional titles, poor knowledge structure and old ages. Public libraries should not only recruit qualified professionals, but also put their emphasis on the training and further education of present staff members. 5 tabs. 4 refs.
