Abstract:
The author thinks that university libraries should be open to the public, by ways of networking, integrated automation management systems, multimedia services and document lending. Then, the author proposes some recommendations. 4 refs.

      高校图书馆应当向社会开放。高校馆可通过网络化 ,通过统一的自动化管理系统 ,通过网络延伸、开放多媒体中心 ,以及借阅文献等途径向社会开放。开放中要注意循序渐进 ,先局部再扩大 ,要兼顾为教学服务的主体工作。参考文献 4。
