| In the present development of information networks of libraries in China, there are contradiction between development and old management system, contradiction between various systems and standardisation, problems of budget shortage and backward theoretical studies. In this paper, the author proposes some recommendations to solve these problems. 9 refs. |

| 目前的中国图书馆信息网络建设中 ,存在着建设和发展与旧管理体制的矛盾 ,多种系统与规范化、标准化的矛盾 ,以及经费不足、理论研究滞后等问题。在今后的发展中 ,应采取打破条块分割 ,实行统一规划 ,引进市场机制 ,突出中国特点 ,强调国家图书馆地位和建立统一的规划、指挥机构等策略。参考文献 9。 |
