Abstract:
In the last 20 years since the founding of the China Society for Library Science, the society has made great achievements in organisation restructuring, academic exchange, training, translating, publishing and eduation.In the future, the society should reform its operational mechanism, solve some new problems and open up a new stage of the China Society for Library Science.

      今年是中国图书馆学会成立２０ 周年。２０ 年来，学会在建设、完善组织结构和运行机制，开展学术交流和培育人才，以及做好编译出版及科普、教育工作等方面取得了很好的成绩。今后，要在更新观念、转换机制、开展学术研究、促进合作交流及加强组织建设等方面努力奋斗，开创学会工作的新局面。
