Abstract:
To prevent illegal and unhealthy information on the Internet, major countries and international organisations use filtering software and hierarchical systems.Activities of information disseminators and recipients should be in accordance with normal ethical codes. We should improve our legal system and punish network crimes.11 refs.

      世界主要国家和国际组织对因特网上违法、有害信息的防范，技术上的主要措施是过滤软件和分级制度的使用；制度上的措施包括民间的自主对应和政府的法律对应。因特网上信息的传播者和接受者的行为要符合正常的伦理准则；各国也应完善法律体系，打击网络犯罪。参考文献１１。
