Abstract:
In Spring 1999, an electronic version of Si Ku Quan Shu(Complete Library of the Four Branches of Literature) was published.It is a landmark of digitisation of information resources of traditional Chinese culture and will give impetus to the publishing of electronic publications and the creation and development of electronic libraries in China.Besides, it is also a model integrating information resources owners, capital investors and high tech developers.1 tab.
