| 软管理是以人为本的管理。从管理的职能、对象、绩效、内容及职业特性来看 ,图书馆都更需要加强软管理。我国对图书馆软管理虽早有研究和实施 ,但很薄弱。对图书馆实施软管理 ,要认识管理对象 ,做好尊重人、关心人、爱护人、理解人、使用人、教育人、培养人的工作。只有把软、硬管理相结合 ,图书馆才会更快发展。 |
