| The Scout Report Signpost is a successful example of the cataloging of Internet resources.In this paper, the author analyzes thirteen descriptive elements, including title, main URL, review date, responsibility, etc., and discusses some problems, such as the lack of standard cataloging rules and the difficulty to determine date information. 12 refs. |
