| In information service industry, there are three organizational patterns with different characteristics.The emphasis of the reform of information service industry should be put on function division, mechanism transformation, property right clarification and fair competition.The ways of the industrialization of information services can be cooperative, horizontally, vertically and multidimensionally integrating, and closely and loosely linking. 6 refs. |
