Abstract: |
For its future development,the National Library of China selects its staff members with a structure of integration, stratification, proportionality and dynamic. The basic principle for the selection is an integration of ethics and qualification and a reserve of qualified professionals. For the structural rationality, we should consider disciplines, ages, academic degrees and ways of thinking. 5 refs. |
