Abstract:
The networking of information resources has a catalytic effects on the development of the socialist spiritual civilization and great impacts on ethics, ways of thinking and behavior, and arts. It will also cause the changes of the organization and operation of the spiritual civilization, and stimulate the rising of a network culture. However, it will also cause the distribution of rubbish and pornographic information, the conflicts of various cultures and the infringement of network copyright, thus challenging the development of the spiritual civilization.13 refs.

      信息资源网络化对精神文明建设主体具有触媒作用 ,对人们思想道德、思维方式、行为方式和艺术生活有着很大影响。它能促进精神文明建设的组织及运行方式的改变。它能推动网络文化崛起 ,如生成网上实际语言 ,发动通用网络语言工程 (UNL) ,兴起网络咖啡屋等。信息资源网络化又可以造成信息垃圾泛滥、黄色信息蔓延、不同文化冲突及网上侵权弊端 ,对精神文明建设提出挑战。参考文献 13。
