| Abstract: |
| The theory of document resource development can no longer cover all contents of theoretical and practical studies in information resource development. For information resources, there are wide, narrow, eclectic and information-based concepts. Among them, the information-based concept is more acceptable. The development of information resources includes the development of document resources, databases and network information resources. The system of the theory can be divided into basic theory, document information development and network information resource development. 10 refs. |
