| The authors think that to promote the effects of information network on the development of socialist spiritual civilization, we should speed up the construction of the information infrastructure, facilitate the networking of Chinese culture, improve the filtering mechanism for the spiritual civilization, enhance the networking and legislation of information resources, and popularize the network knowledge and techniques. 15 refs. |
