| In this paper, the authors clarify the implications of information service industrialization and information resources sharing, analyze the necessity of the integration of information service industrialization and information resources sharing, and discuss the relationship between the two sides with modernized ideas as guideline, needs, efficiency and profits as centers, and policies and law as guarantees. 10 refs. |
