| In this paper, the authors thoroughly analyze the advantages and shortcomings of relational database system and object oriented database system, think that the post relational database system based on the combination of these two types and the Web environment form the compromise proposal of data management function. Then, the authors discuss the present status and focus in the study of this field. 7 refs. |
