The author analyzes major factors restricting the development of services of local document information and then proposes some recommendations. 3 refs.

      从地方文献的搜集、收藏和服务方面 ,分析了当前制约地方文献信息服务工作发展的主要因素 ;指出特色化建设是改变地方文献信息服务工作滞后的突破口 ;呼吁抓住机遇 ,确立图书馆是当地“地方文献搜集和利用中心”的地位 ,建立地方文献数据库 ,建立用户网络。参考文献 3。
