Abstract:
In this paper, the author introduces the concept of“hybrid library”and discusses the future development of librarianship. The author thinks that the research and development of digital library should be integrated with the development of traditional library, and hybrid library will be a basic form of future library. In China, we should solve the problems of development objectives, cost profits, user services and human resource structures, etc. 23 refs.
