| 业务研究对于提高管理水平、搞好服务工作具有重要意义。目前 ,我国公共图书馆业务研究机构的设置及其工作与实际需要已不相适应。业务研究的课题 ,应当选择那些有现实意义、有创新意义的、具备研究条件的项目。在业务研究管理中 ,应着重抓紧组织管理和规划管理 ,抓紧建立健全研究机制和研究机构。参考文献 9。 |
