| In the network environment, libraries are constructing networked distance technological, working and service platforms, and establishing online education support service systems and information support systems. The essence of learning revolution is the learner's acquisition and processing of situational information on the Internet, and modernized libraries have provided resources support systems for network teaching. Thus, the educational function of libraries is taking shape. 21 refs. |

| 面对网络环境和网上教育 ,图书馆正在建构网络化远程化的技术平台、工作平台和服务平台 ,营建网上教育支持服务系统和信息保障体系。由于学习革命的本质是学习者对 (网上 )情景化信息的获取和加工 ,现代化图书馆为网络教学提供了资源保障体系 ,因此图书馆的网络或远程狭义教育功能正在形成 ,并成为现代教学的内部规律。立足网络平台开发的技术方案 ,最切合图书馆在网络环境下教育功能的充分发挥。参考文献 21。 |
