| Governments,inter governmental organizations, public and private organizations are establishing information network supporting medium and small sized enterprises, to provide them with policy, law, technology, management, finance and market information and to guide them in e business. In this paper, the author analyzes some experiences in foreign countries, and proposes his points of view. |

| 各国政府、政府间组织和公私机构纷纷创建支撑中小企业的信息网络 ,为中小企业提供政策、法律、技术、管理、金融、市场等信息。直至引导中小企业走向电子商务。对我国的启示 :基于政府的中小企业服务体系的建立和完善需要有自上而下的统一管理机构和规范 ;中小企业只有通过权威部门 ,利用网络技术建立中小企业征集数据库 ,才能真正解决中小企业的融资问题 ,使中小企业走上健康发展的道路。 |
