Abstract:
In this paper, the authors analyze potential crises in the development of information technology and network technology. Then, they recommend to strengthen legal awareness, improve network security, establish our own information highways and prevent hackers. 6 refs.

      我国信息技术特别是网络技术的快速发展存在着潜在的危机 :网络安全保障不力 ,威胁国家安全 ;信息技术可能受制于人 ;数据通讯分散化 ,影响整体竞争力 ,等等。必须增强法律意识 ,强化网络安全 ,尽快建立自己的信息高速公路 ,遏制黑客行动。参考文献 6。
