Abstract:
In this paper, the author thinks that the concepts of library law, the objects to be controlled by library law and the roles of library law should be considered in library legislation. Regulations for Public Libraries in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone is a pioneer in library legislation in China, and will give us some good experiences. 3 refs.
