Abstract:
During 1996-2000, about 3000 articles on library management were published. The major topics include: values of library management, theoretical development of library management, innovations of library management theory, human-based management, etc. With the emergence of digital library, a new object in library science, more changes will take place. 36 refs.

      从 1996— 2 0 0 0年 ,国内发表图书馆管理方面的论文近 30 0 0篇。这些论文论述比较集中的问题有 :关于图书馆管理价值的认识 ,图书馆管理理论的发展 ,图书馆管理理论的创新 ,图书馆的人本管理 ,等等。对于这些问题 ,不同论文各自阐述了不同的观点。随着图书馆研究客体的新形式———数字图书馆的出现 ,图书馆管理的观念、体制和方法 ,会有更大的变化。参考文献36。
