Abstract:
In this paper, the authors use the theory of dualistic economic structure to make an analysis of Chinese economic conditions, and see apparent differences between eastern developed and western underdeveloped regions in librarianship. On this basis, they propose some suggestions for the balanced development of digital libraries in China.2 tabs.20 refs.

      运用二元经济结构理论对我国经济状况进行分析 ,可以明显看出东部发达地区和中西部落后地区图书馆事业发展的差异 ,不论在图书馆自动化、网络化进程、从业人员素质 ,还是经费投入方面 ,差距都很大。因此 ,要平衡发展数字图书馆 ,国家应制定数字图书馆的综合发展政策和规划 ,要分层次、有针对性地规划建设。表 2。参考文献 2 0。
